Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Auto Jirani ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Auto Jirani is a platform that connects drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns with professional technicians for emergency roadside assistance. The Service includes:
- A mobile application for drivers to request breakdown assistance.
- A mobile application for technicians to receive and accept job requests.
- A web-based admin panel for platform management.
User Registration and Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have parental consent.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Obligations
As a user of Auto Jirani, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Not misuse the Service, including attempting to interfere with its operation.
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Not upload malicious code or content that could harm the platform or other users.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Driver Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and breakdown situation.
- Treat assigned technicians with respect and professionalism.
- Not request services that are not needed or make false requests.
- Ensure timely payment for services rendered as agreed with the technician.
Technician Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information, including qualifications and service categories.
- Respond to job requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide services with reasonable skill and care.
- Not accept jobs that you are not qualified or equipped to perform.
- Keep your identity documents and certifications valid and up-to-date.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and content, are owned by Auto Jirani or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
Limitation of Liability
Auto Jirani acts as a connecting platform between drivers and technicians. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by technicians. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting our support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any legal actions shall be brought in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Kukubali Masharti
Kwa kupakua, kusakinisha, au kutumia Auto Jirani ("Huduma"), unakubali kufungwa na Masharti haya ya Huduma. Ikiwa hukubaliani na masharti haya, tafadhali usitumie Huduma.
Maelezo ya Huduma
Auto Jirani ni jukwaa linalounganisha madereva wanaokumbana na hitilafu za gari na mafundi wa kitaalamu kwa msaada wa dharura barabarani. Huduma inajumuisha:
- Programu ya simu kwa madereva kuomba msaada wa hitilafu.
- Programu ya simu kwa mafundi kupokea na kukubali maombi ya kazi.
- Jukwaa la wavuti kwa usimamizi wa jukwaa.
Usajili wa Mtumiaji na Akaunti
- Lazima utoe taarifa sahihi, za sasa, na kamili wakati wa usajili.
- Wewe ndiye unawajibika kwa usiri wa siri za akaunti yako.
- Lazima uwe na umri wa angalau miaka 18 kutumia Huduma, au uwe na idhini ya mzazi.
- Wewe ndiye unawajibika kwa shughuli zote zinazofanyika chini ya akaunti yako.
- Tunahifadhi haki ya kusimamisha au kufuta akaunti zinazokiuka masharti haya.
Wajibu wa Mtumiaji
Kama mtumiaji wa Auto Jirani, unakubali:
- Kutumia Huduma kwa madhumuni halali tu na kwa mujibu wa masharti haya.
- Kutotumia vibaya Huduma, ikijumuisha kujaribu kuingilia uendeshaji wake.
- Kutojifanya kuwa mtu au shirika lingine au kupotosha uhusiano wako.
- Kutotumia Huduma kumnyanyasa, kumtusi, au kumdhuru mtumiaji mwingine.
- Kutopakia misimbo hatari au maudhui yanayoweza kudhuru jukwaa au watumiaji wengine.
- Kuzingatia sheria zote za ndani, kitaifa, na kimataifa zinazotumika.
Wajibu wa Dereva
- Kutoa taarifa sahihi kuhusu gari lako na hali ya hitilafu.
- Kumtendea fundi aliyeteuliwa kwa heshima na kitaalamu.
- Kutoomba huduma ambazo hazihitajiki au kutoa maombi ya uongo.
- Kuhakikisha malipo kwa wakati kwa huduma zilizotolewa kama ilivyokubaliwa na fundi.
Wajibu wa Fundi
- Kudumisha taarifa sahihi na za sasa za wasifu, ikijumuisha sifa na kategoria za huduma.
- Kujibu maombi ya kazi kwa haraka na kitaalamu.
- Kutoa huduma kwa ujuzi na uangalifu unaofaa.
- Kutokubali kazi ambazo huna sifa au vifaa vya kufanya.
- Kuhakikisha nyaraka zako za utambulisho na vyeti ni halali na vya sasa.
Haki Miliki
Haki zote za miliki katika Huduma, ikijumuisha lakini sio tu programu, muundo, nembo, na maudhui, zinamilikiwa na Auto Jirani au wakopeshaji wake. Huwezi kunakili, kurekebisha, kusambaza, au kuunda kazi za derivative bila ruhusa yetu.
Kikomo cha Dhima
Auto Jirani hufanya kazi kama jukwaa la kuunganisha madereva na mafundi. Hatutawajibika kwa ubora, usalama, au uhalali wa huduma zinazotolewa na mafundi. Kwa kiwango cha juu kinachoruhusiwa na sheria:
- Huduma inatolewa "kama ilivyo" bila dhamana ya aina yoyote.
- Hatutawajibika kwa uharibifu wowote wa moja kwa moja, wa ajali, au unaotokana.
- Dhima yetu ya jumla haitazidi kiasi kilicholipwa na wewe kwa huduma husika inayosababisha dai.
- Hatuhakikishi uendeshaji usioingiliwa au usio na makosa wa Huduma.
Utatuzi wa Migogoro
Migogoro yoyote inayotokana na matumizi ya Huduma itajaribiwa kwanza kutatuliwa kwa njia isiyo rasmi kwa kuwasiliana na timu yetu ya usaidizi. Ikiwa mgogoro hauwezi kutatuliwa kwa njia isiyo rasmi, utatatuliwa kwa njia ya upatanishi au usuluhishi kwa mujibu wa sheria za Tanzania.
Kukomesha
Tunaweza kukomesha au kusimamisha akaunti yako wakati wowote kwa ukiukaji wa masharti haya au kwa sababu nyingine yoyote kwa notisi ya kuridhisha. Baada ya kukomesha, haki yako ya kutumia Huduma itakoma mara moja. Unaweza kukomesha akaunti yako wakati wowote kwa kuwasiliana na timu yetu ya usaidizi.
Mabadiliko ya Masharti
Tunahifadhi haki ya kurekebisha masharti haya wakati wowote. Tutawajulisha watumiaji kuhusu mabadiliko makubwa kupitia programu au kupitia barua pepe. Kuendelea kutumia Huduma baada ya mabadiliko kunajumuisha kukubali masharti mapya.
Sheria Inayotumika
Masharti haya ya Huduma yataongozwa na kufasiriwa kwa mujibu wa sheria za Tanzania. Hatua zozote za kisheria zitaletwa kwenye mahakama za Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
